Processing & Delivery Times
All online orders are shipped from Lamkin’s San Diego, California warehouse. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days. Orders placed on a weekend or national holiday, will be processed within the following two business days.
For orders with an express shipping method selected (Next-Day or Two-day Delivery), orders placed by 1pm (PST) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day. Express orders placed after 1pm (PST) will be shipped the following business day. Express orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the first following business day.
Free Shipping offers are valid in all 50 United States and District of Columbia. Eligible customers must select the FREE SHIPPING option during checkout to receive free shipping. All Free Shipping orders and Flat Rate Economy orders will ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and arrive approximately 3-5 business days after the order is shipped.
NOTE: Transit times are not guaranteed and may vary on Free Shipping, FedEx International, and USPS Priority Mail orders.
Delivery Locations and Restrictions
Delivery is provided to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Canada. Orders with shipments to any other locations cannot be processed online. Orders to P.O. Boxes must be shipped via the United States Post Office.
Shipments to Canada
Shipping charges on Canadian orders include duties and taxes. Please allow 5-9 business days after order has shipped. All orders sent to Canadian addresses will ship via FedEx International.
Return & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of NEW GRIPS (uninstalled) for a refund or merchandise exchange. Returns of new grips must be made within 60 days of shipment. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For gift purchases, a merchandise exchange will be issued for the full value of the merchandise. If a new grip is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, Lamkin Grips will issue a call-tag and pay for shipping charges to return the grips. If you would like to exchange Lamkin grips after they have been installed on your clubs, we offer a 90% exchange credit that can be applied to the purchase of any new Lamkin grips. Exchange credit will only be issued within 60 days of original shipment date and is limited to ONE PER CUSTOMER. Original merchandise must be returned to Lamkin Grips at customer’s expense before a credit will be applied to a new order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

Original Shipping charges on returned orders are not refundable. Unless otherwise specified, customer is responsible for shipping costs to return merchandise. All returns must be authorized by Lamkin customer service representative before a refund or exchange will be given.
