The Lamkin Corporation has been manufacturing compression and injection molded rubber products for more than 50 years. Our history in rubber manufacturing, combined with an exceptionally talented team of engineers, chemists and designers, provides our customers with a level of support and service that is hard to match. As your strategic partner, we look forward to bringing your idea to life!
If you have a concept, we can take it from a sketch on a napkin to a detailed and finished CAD file. Or, we can collaborate with your team of designers to modify existing designs for optimized rubber formulation and production. Our team of experienced designers will work closely with you to ensure your ideas are thoughtfully converted into manufacturable rubber products.
Let our staff of experienced rubber chemists find the perfect formula for your product and market. Lamkin is one of just a few companies in North America that custom mixes its own rubber compounds, either in our Banbury mixer, or on one of several open mills. This provides our customers with endless material customization options, including compound durometer (firmness), weight, color, tensile strength, surface tack and coefficient of friction. We can calendar your rubber for compression molded products as well.
With decades of making golf grips under the Lamkin brand, and most of the top premium golf club manufacturers in the world using Lamkin grips, we have developed a proprietary process that can produce a rapid product prototype in just a few weeks. This process allows our customers to see, feel, use and test a product concept before committing to production quantity tooling.
Operating factories in both Tijuana, Mexico and Guangzhou, China, Lamkin is well situated to manufacture and deliver to your final assembly partner or directly to your warehouses in North America or Asia. There is no project too big, or too small, for our manufacturing network.
