Lamkin’s New Initiative Reaches Out to Retailers
America’s oldest and most innovative grip manufacturer, Lamkin recently conducted an all-new ‘customer-first’ initiative and the detailed feedback is more closely aligning the company’s products and service programs with the needs of green grass and off-course retailers as well as custom clubmakers.
As part of the program, Lamkin worked with more than 15,000 golf retailers and professional clubmakers on topics, such as regripping practices, grip sales, customers feedback, inventory, distribution services and many other issues, which Lamkin considers essential in providing the industry’s finest customer service and highest quality grips.
