Shipping Information

Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. All orders placed before 9:00 AM (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) will be processed and shipped on the same day. All orders placed after 9:00 AM (PT) will be shipped the following business day.

All orders ship from our San Diego warehouse. Orders placed by 9:00 AM (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 9:00 AM, will be shipped the following business day. Free Shipping offers are only valid in the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia. Eligible customers must select the FREE SHIPPING option during checkout to receive free shipping. Free Shipping orders and Economy orders will ship via FedEx Smart Post and arrive via the U.S. Postal Service. Free Shipping available with purchases of $50 or more in the same order. Taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchases requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping. Qualifying orders will be shipped via FedEx Smart Post and will arrive via U.S. Postal Service. Orders that utilize Free Shipping or Economy will arrive between 4-9 business days. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will utilize U.S. Postal Service Flat Rates and will arrive between 3-7 business days.
NOTE: Transit time may vary on Free Shipping, Economy, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Overnight, FedEx International, and USPS Flat Rates.

Delivery Locations and Restrictions

Delivery is provided to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Orders with shipments to any other locations cannot be processed online. All orders must include a verified street address. Shipments to P.O. Boxes are not permitted.

Shipments to Canada
Shipping charges on Canadian orders include duties and taxes. Please allow 5-9 business days for shipments to arrive. All orders going to Canada will ship via FedEx International.

Return & Exchanges

NEW Grips
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of NEW GRIPS (uninstalled) for a refund or merchandise exchange within 30 days of purchase. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For gift purchases, merchandise exchange will be issued for the full value of the merchandise.

Lamkin Grips will pay for shipping charges associated with the return of unused grips within 30 days. Please contact customerservice@lamkingrips.com or call 1-800-642-7755 to expedite your return and/or exchange.

Used Grips
If you would like to exchange Lamkin grips after they have been installed on your clubs, we offer a 90% exchange credit that can be applied to the purchase of any new Lamkin grips. Exchange credit will only be issued within 30 days of original purchase and is limited to ONE PER CUSTOMER. Original merchandise must be returned to Lamkin Grips at customer’s expense before credit will be applied to a new order.
