Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. All orders placed before 11:00 AM (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) will be processed and shipped on the same day. All orders placed after 11:00 AM (PT) will be shipped the following business day.
Delivery Locations and Restrictions
Delivery is provided to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Orders with shipments to any other locations cannot be processed online. All orders must include a verified street address. Shipments to P.O. Boxes are not permitted.
Return & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of NEW GRIPS (uninstalled) for a refund or merchandise exchange within 30 days of purchase. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For gift purchases, merchandise exchange will be issued for the full value of the merchandise.
Lamkin Grips will pay for shipping charges associated with the return of unused grips within 30 days. Please contact email@example.com or call 1-800-642-7755 to expedite your return and/or exchange.
If you would like to exchange Lamkin grips after they have been installed on your clubs, we offer a 90% exchange credit that can be applied to the purchase of any new Lamkin grips. Exchange credit will only be issued within 30 days of original purchase and is limited to ONE PER CUSTOMER. Original merchandise must be returned to Lamkin Grips at customer’s expense before credit will be applied to a new order.
